THE  RWImpact is an office project that brings together professionals with broad expertise to work on business structuring challenges with social and environmental impact.

Our service begins with the construction, in a customized way, of a team to advise entrepreneurs, investors and agents of the environment, on various legal issues, such as business model, corporate structuring, tax advice, criminal risks, forms of financing and relationships contractual terms.
